Our Story

Born from a mum's frustration with the snack aisle.

Yummybara started in 2022 when our founder - a first-time mum in Singapore - spent weeks reading every label in the baby snack aisle. What she found: most products competed on what they removed. None were built around what a developing 6-month-old body actually needs.

Working with Singapore-based food scientists and a registered paediatric dietitian, she built StageWise™ - a functional snacking system that integrates melt-on-contact safety, pre + probiotic gut support, freeze-dried nutrition lock, and age-calibrated formulation into every snack.

What is StageWise™?

StageWise™ is our proprietary functional snacking system - combining melt-on-contact freeze-dried texture (zero choking risk), integrated pre + probiotic gut support, freeze-dried nutrition lock (retaining up to 97% of vitamins), and age-specific formulation. It's not just what we remove. It's what we engineer in.

Do your products contain added sugar, salt, or preservatives?

No. Yummybara contains no added refined sugar, no added salt, and no preservatives. Sweetness comes from real fruit; flavour comes from whole ingredients. Always.

How does freeze-drying preserve nutrition?

Freeze-drying removes moisture without heat, preserving up to 97% of original vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Conventional processing (baking, extruding) uses high heat that degrades much of the nutritional content. Our snacks are nutritionally closer to fresh food than conventional processed baby snacks.

Can I mix flavours in the bundle?

Yes of course! Little hands tend to finish them fast! It’s highly recommended to stock up on a family favourite!
